I am a Speech/Language Pathologist in America and have recently received Reiki attunements up to Level 2 from my brother who is a Master and lives a distance away from me. I have begun doing affirmations and working toward incorporation of positive intent into my daily life as I have felt out of balance since I went through menopause a few years ago. Meditation helps immensely and I find I need auditory cueing to truly eliminate intrusive thoughts.
I just wanted to tell you how much that simple free meditation calms and relaxes me and to thank you for that.
