     Each meditation is the result of over a decade of experience as a practicing Reiki Master, teacher, holistic therapist across multiple disciplines, by Celeste, the voice of Celestial Sounds.
     Over those years, on her Reiki courses, the countless requests for her guided meditations to be recorded have birthed, defined and helped to perfect the meditations. Together with Andy, the musician, technician and Reiki Master himself, they've worked to create a uniquely organic sound composed entirely of solely of gentle vocals, chakra-balancing harmonies and all natural sounds, to help bring the highest benefit to the listener.

Intelligent guidance, lasting benefit and extended listening...

     Our meditations have been created to last and not becoming tedious or boring. They have within them, vibrationally healing sounds. Some, for example, Reiki Meditations, are built to be listened to regularly, aiding Reiki practices such as the Self-Healing Meditation, Hatsu Rei Ho or Distant Healing Meditation.
     All our meditations, where there are introductions, have been kept as short as possible and separate from the meditation itself, so you can go straight into the meditation once you have familiarised yourself with the introduction, knowing you are practicing with a full-length meditation. This is made even easier now with the advent of digital MP3 versions of the CDs, that enable you to target specific meditation tracks if you wish.
