How do I use these meditations?...
     For best results, ensure you have a space where you will not be disturbed. It should be warm, quiet, appropriately lit for you and comfortable. With the exception of shorter meditations, 45 minutes to an hour is usually sufficient to complete a session. Sit in a chair, on a cushion on the floor or lie down - but place yourself in a position where your body is comfortable. Prepare a glass of water to consume after your practice. Play the meditation through speakers or headphones at a level that you can hear the words clearly but is not overly loud. Breathe deeply and follow the instructions.

Are they dangerous?...
     Not at all. They are perfectly safe. Celeste helps to guide the listener, step-by-step, to enter a relaxed, receptive state of mind, carefully instructing at all necessary stages. All the meditations are designed to enhance psychologically, emotionally, spiritually, for maximum personal psycho-spiritual benefit and of the many thousands who have experienced them, none have ever reported a negative experience.

How do I listen to clips on your website?...
     You should see a little audio interface under the title of each CD on it's page. Ensure your volume is turned up or headphones are plugged in, and click play to hear.

How do I download the free meditation?...
     To download our free meditations, simply click the link and save a copy onto your computer or device, however your device's operating system allows you to do this.

If I order a meditation CD, how long does delivery take?...
     CD orders are usually posted out within 24 hours, but please allow 14 days before contacting us if you do not receive it.

Is Celestial Sounds "eco-friendly?"...
     We're getting there! Conscious of reducing our impact on the environment by the way we do business, we are working hard to produce a new range of meditation CDs created solely from recycled materials now that the CD-pressing industry has recently made production of such products available.
